10.Group charter

1.What we like most about group work:

• It helps in promoting collaborative learning

• All of us learn together from each other.

• Everybody's expected to extend help for a successful outcome of this project.

• Group work with cooperation and collaboration produces a good product.

• Helping one another in order to provide a good outcome.

2. What we dislike most about group work?

• A group work wherein group members are not willing to extend help
• Members who will just murmur within themselves
• Members who depend on their team leader.
• Don't bother to brainstorm ideas

3.What makes a good team player?

• A team player that is cooperative and collaborative.
• That is doing his best to the fullest extent possible.

4.What makes a bad team player?

• A player that are stubborn, uncooperative, and doesn’t care at all.

• A late comer especially when there are group meetings.

• Who possess the "manyana" attitude

5.Grade hoped to achieve for the project:

• One adheres to have a flat 1 grade

• Others are hoping to have the grade that could pay off all the efforts that have been exerted.

6.Strengths:

• Some says that they could contribute ideas, efforts, and time.
• Everybody agreed to do the jobs that are expected from them.

7.Weaknesses:

• Lack of time,

• Short patience

• And tiredness.

8.Arrangement of meetings?

• Everybody wants to have a face to face meeting with the beliefs that they could do and discuss more in a face to face meeting .

9.How are decisions made?

• Everybody should agree with the smallest things.

• The team leader should not be responsible of making decisions alone.

• No to Democracy

10.What if a group member’s work is not up to our standards?

• Everybody should listen to ideas and decide or evaluate the idea itself and not the person who give it.
